As our products are consumable items, returns are generally not accepted once delivered. This rule helps maintain hygiene and product safety standards.

2. Eligible Cases

Refund or replacement requests may be reviewed only in cases such as wrong item delivery, damaged packaging at delivery, or missing product in a prepaid order.

3. Reporting Window

Raise the issue within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos/video of the package and invoice for faster verification.

4. Resolution Method

  • Approved cases may receive replacement, store credit, or refund.
  • Refunds are sent to the original payment method for prepaid orders.
  • Processing time after approval is typically 5-7 business days.

5. Non-Eligible Cases

Requests may be declined for delayed complaint reporting, incomplete proof, taste preference changes, or issues caused by incorrect address details provided at checkout.
